Join Patsy Onatah, Maribeth Amber and Frank Sanfilippo in a Water-Inspired Ceremony and Meditation designed to give you the tools necessary to let go that which is no longer serving you. You’ll be accompanied on your meditation by the flowing melodies created with crystal bowls, gongs, hand pan and drum. 

If you’re able to bring a small amount of water from a place that is sacred to you, please do.

(Tap water used with the vision of your sacred place will suffice as well.)

Also bring a blanket/yoga mat if you prefer to meditate lying down. Extras will be provided to share.
