The Need to GROW Film Screening

An extraordinary evening screening the award-winning documentary "The Need to GROW".

The Need To GROW is a feature documentary following underdog leaders of decentralized solutions and cutting edge technologies to fix our broken food system and regenerate our planet’s dying soils.

The film explores the crucial issues facing our food system - more toxic chemicals sprayed than ever before, seed varieties going extinct, bees dying off, historic water shortages, epidemics of malnutrition, the time to heal our food system, our environment and ourselves is now.

Awards include Best Documentary Sonoma International Film Festival 2018, Best Environmental Film Sedona International Film Festival, and Audience Favorite Philadelphia Environmental Film Festival 2019.

Join us in a Community Gathering that will highlight that the time to heal our food system, our environment, and ourselves is now.
The Screenings will benefit Biddeford Community Gardens - a safe green space available for all to feed the body, to nourish the soul, and to cultivate the mind.
