💖 As Brothers, we will convene in a sacred and safe space, to listen to one another and to encourage an environment of healing and transformation. Each month, along with sharing, we will incorporate various meditations, affirmations, self love practices, and forms of movement and expression. 💖

💖 We gather to spread love, trust, respect, and to support each other in a nonjudgemental way, as we navigate life's challenges. This is a place to practice getting out of the head and into the heart. Through this experience, we will gain collective strength and perspective from one another. ☮️

🕉 As we grow and learn to tap into our inner resources and intuition, this will guide us in our journey to heal past trauma, live in alignment in the present moment, and explore ways to manifest the a life we desire, built on self love, trust, and freedom. 🕉

☮️ In addition to showing up with an open heart and mind, please bring a journal and something to write with. You are also welcome to bring sacred or meaningful items with you, to place on the altar in the center of the circle. These may include items such as crytals, stones, feathers, or photos... essentially any items that you may be called to work with energetically. When we heal ourselves within, we heal collectively... 🕉
