🎸 Pat Morelli from the New York based Pop Rock band SWIM, started the side project known as “dayes” in 2022 to pursue his Folk roots. Morelli is now based in Boston, MA and performs at many local New England establishments. His songwriting is inspired by his love for Alternative Rock of bands like Dispatch and Mt. Joy combined with his love for Folk Artists such as Caamp, The Lumineers, and Chadwick Stokes. The hope of this nostalgic Folk Project is to bring listeners together and remind them that they are not alone. dayes has released four songs to date with the most recent release being his “Starstruck - Acoustic EP”. dayes has released his newest 5 song EP entitled “Golden”. These songs speak on topics of losing a loved one, the social and political climate of our world, and holding onto your hopes and dreams amidst these heartaches. 🎸
